I provide the meal plan and exercise program for 28 days. You follow it and you get results. The program is only 28 days and due to the rapid weight loss that occurs, it should not be done for months on end for physiological and psychological reasons. Long term results are what matter. You can spend $60 a session 3x a week for a training session with a trainer. Or spend $25 once a week for a training program and diet plan.
