ABOUT ME

First of all. I am not a bodybuilder. I do not compete and will never compete. I have injuries which prevent me from doing a lot but I do what I can. So if you have injuries I can relate and help you work around them. If you want to get in better shape then hit me up. I am not interested in being shredded as I prefer to have a healthy body fat percentage and enjoy my social life and food. I enjoy haviung a drink and some pizza and don't agree with an unhealthy food. If I eat a cheeseburger am I now unhealthy? There are unhealthy diets but not single foods alone.
