I am a qualified personal trainer and nutritionist. However a qualification does not make you correct. The science I present to back me says I am correct. I don't have opinions I have research. I served in the Australian Army for 7 years with a medical discharge due to injuries. People tell me they find it's hard to gain weight or lose weight, but every person that has listened to my advice has gained weight or lost weight. You can't defy the 1st law of thermodynamics and the same fundamentals for human biology in this aspect are the same for all living humans.

With the design of the diet plan and exercise program for the 28 day challenge I don't need much more information. If I were to do a detailed exercise program and a detailed diet for you for a specific goal, I would need to ask many more questions. I would prefer to ask these questions before you spend any money so we can be sure you are happy with it.

12 Feb 18. Tomorrow I will be creating more meals for the 28 day challenge. More variety for adherence. Should be finished by the end of the week and updated in the package.
15 Feb 18. More meals are updated to every 28 day program. More variety means it will be easier to stick to.
16 feb 18. The 12 week training program is completed and is much neater. Ready to be sent out easier.
5 Apr 18. Seems to be some problems with posting blogs. stay tuned for supplement ideas.
23 May 18. I am starting to put together an e-book. Full of common questions and stratergies you can use to get your results. With science.
28 June 18. I am converting all the programs to PDF shortly.
29 Jun 18. I will be adding more to the e-book shortly.
