Vinegar for fat loss. The truth.

So does it work? It seems the only study that was done in humans was done in very obese people. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/19661687

The problems with this study is. - It was only 12 weeks. Would the results be the same over 6 months? - The diets were self reported. This means people guessed how much they ate pretty much. So who knows if placebo group ate more McDonald's or not. There was no control in the diet. - Another problem is that it is in very obese people. there is no evidence to say it works in leaner people or athletes. - At a low dose VS a very high dose it made little difference as well.

If you want to lose weight. Then go back to the fundamentals. Stop looking for shortcuts. You need to eat less energy or exercise more. If it was as simple as a drink with vinegar then no one would be fat.
