BCAA's

BCAA's. The bottom sentences is what matters most.

BCAA's are Branched Chained amino acids Leucine, Isoleucine, and Valine

Branched chained means an open chain of atoms with one or more side chains attached to it.

Atoms are the smallest part of chemical that can exist

A side chain means, a group of atoms which are attached to the main molecule in a ring or chain like structure.

Amino acids are an organic compound which contain a carboxyl (—COOH) and an amino (—NH2) group.

carboxyl The carboxyl group is an organic functional group consisting of a carbon atom double bonded to an oxygen atom and single bonded to a hydroxyl group.

Double bonded is a chemical bond between two chemical elements involving four bonding electrons instead of the usual two.

A hydroxyl group is containing one oxygen atom connected by a covalent bonding to one hydrogen atom.

An electron is a subatomic particle which has a negative elementary electric charge

Amino Amino means a combining form used in the names of chemical compounds in which the amino group is present

The amino group (NH2 group), consist of a nitrogen atom which is attached by single bonds to hydrogen atoms, alkyl groups, aryl groups, or a combination of them

Hydrogen is an element

An alkyl group is a piece of a molecule

Aryl refers to any functional group or substituent derived from an aromatic ring

Elements are a material which can't be broken down into more fundamental substances

Molecules are a group of atoms which are bonded together which represent the smallest broken down unit of a chemical compound that can be done with a chemical reaction.

What does this mean? Nothing that you need to know. Where do you get them? from food. Food is good. I just wasted your time. 📷
