In short. Sorry guys. It will not help you lose weight. If it does it isn't the green tea but the caffeine. So instead drink a black coffee and save your money.


The first study is often thrown around for "proof" it burns fat. it says " Green tea has thermogenic properties and promotes fat oxidation beyond that explained by its caffeine content per se"
