Ginger to burn fat = NO

Okay so I see many people talking about ginger for weight loss. but what is the truth?

Lets look at science.

I am sorry but it does not make you burn fat. The only benefit it might have according to cohorts is that it might make you less hungry. As for enhanced metabolic capacity it is a NO. It does not make you Lose weight. It can
