Caffeine for weight loss

Okay this is one supplement I advocate. I say supplement because that is how I take it.

It can help boost metabolic rate slightly due to NEAT and heart rate and giving you the energy to exercise more. Which can the result in weight loss. For best results have it black. Or take the capsules.
